Explanation of the Bid Process

Bids must be submitted either online or over the phone. Scott Credit Union reserves the right to refuse any and all bids. Bidders will be notified of the outcome of their offer within ten (10) business days of submission. Collateral will be sold to the first acceptable bid authorized by Scott Credit Union.

Bidders will have five (5) days from acceptance of any bid to complete the sale. Transactions not completed within the five business days are subject to forfeit. Payment must be made to Scott Credit Union in the form of cash, cashier’s check, or approved financing.

Scott Credit Union is not the manufacturer of or a dealer in the collateral and all sales are completed “as is, where is, with all faults” and without warranties or representations of any kind whatsoever, expressed or implied.
