To become a member, you must open a share savings account with a minimum $50 deposit. SCU savings accounts earn interest on their balance.

The credit union also offers free term-life insurance, which matches your savings balance up to $1,000. (Restrictions apply.)

Holiday Club

SCU offers a convenient, interest-bearing savings account designed to help you set aside cash for your favorite holiday, special occasion or vacation. You can make regular deposits through payroll deduction, by mail or in person. You can simply withdraw the money to use for holiday shopping whenever you need it.

Children's Accounts

You're never too young to start saving (or to have someone else save for you). Just a $5 deposit is all it takes to open an account in the name of a minor. You'll be amazed how fast both the child and his or her savings grow.
