Keeping Members and Employees Healthy Is Our Priority

As the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak continues to dominate the headlines, we want to share with you the steps Scott Credit Union is taking to protect members and employees while continuing to provide our services. Your safety, and the safety of our employees and our communities, is more important to us than ever.

Scott Credit Union’s Executive Management Team is actively monitoring guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) to ensure we are prepared to help minimize any spread of the virus. We have developed plans to ensure that if there is an outbreak in the areas we serve, we can continue to provide you the access you expect to your money and accounts. Please remember that you can always access your accounts via online and mobile banking, as well as telephone banking and ATMs.

We are encouraging employees who exhibit symptoms to stay home and immediately consult a medical professional. Additionally, hand sanitizer is readily available at each of our branches for members and employees to use.

Business is operating as normal, and our branches remain open during standard hours. We will continue to closely monitor the situation and inform you of any decisions that may impact normal business operation.
