How to Make a Mortgage Payment in the Meantime
While the system is down, members can still make mortgage payments using the following options:
- Transfer funds to your mortgage loan within Digital Banking.
- Make a payment by phone by calling (618) 345-1000 (Option 1). We will waive the phone payment fee during this downtime.
- Visit a branch to make a payment with a teller.
