Our mortgage payment system is currently unavailable as we work to complete a system upgrade. We apologize for the inconvenience and are working to restore full access as soon as possible.

How to Make a Mortgage Payment in the Meantime
While the system is down, members can still make mortgage payments using the following options:

  • Transfer funds to your mortgage loan within Digital Banking.
  • Make a payment by phone by calling (618) 345-1000 (Option 1). We will waive the phone payment fee during this downtime.
  • Visit a branch to make a payment with a teller.
