Scott Credit Union Names Gina House Senior Vice President – Chief Growth & Operating Officer
Edwardsville, IL – March 25, 2026 – Scott Credit Union (SCU) is pleased to announce the appointment of Gina House as Senior Vice President – Chief Growth & Operating Officer, effective March 2, 2026. House brings over 35 years of financial experience to the role, including more than 11 years in credit union leadership. She joins SCU following a distinguished tenure at Wells Fargo Advisors, where she served as Senior Vice President, Head of Marketing.
In this newly established executive role, House will oversee several critical areas: Retail Operations and Digital Banking; Operations, including the Member Contact Center, Servicing, and Support; and Marketing. Her leadership will focus on aligning these functions to ensure greater efficiency and a collaborative approach to membership growth, a pivotal element of the credit union’s strategic plan.

House has a history of delivering measurable business results, previously leading enterprise-wide initiatives to strengthen digital capabilities and improve operational efficiency at organizations like First Community Credit Union and Edward Jones. She has been recognized by Forbes as one of the “Top 10 Women Driving Growth in Wealth Management and Investing” and has earned multiple industry awards for digital innovation and marketing.

House holds a Master of Arts in Marketing from Webster University and a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication from Southeast Missouri State. She reports directly to President and CEO Frank Padak.
