Scott Credit Union Receives the St. Louis Post-Dispatch Top Workplaces Award for the 10th Year
For the tenth year since 2012, Scott Credit Union has received the prestigious St. Louis Post-Dispatch Top Workplaces Award 2023. The Top Workplaces award highlights SCU’s commitment to creating a positive and supportive work environment, where employees thrive and contribute to the organization’s overall success.
The St. Louis Post-Dispatch Top Workplaces is an annual recognition program, celebrating companies in the St. Louis metro area that excel in employee satisfaction and engagement. It is based on a comprehensive survey conducted by Energage, a trusted partner specializing in employee engagement technology. This year, the confidential survey evaluated 15 fundamental culture drivers essential to the success of organizations, including alignment, execution, and connection.
To qualify for the award, companies must have a significant presence in the greater St. Louis region, employ a minimum number of employees, and meet an employee response rate to the survey. The survey responses are then evaluated, and the winners are determined based on the employees’ feedback.
